Secure Client Intelligence Portal 

Client Portal User Instructions
Step 1:  Go to Dignity Collect Website at https://www.dignitybilling.com.
Step 2: From Dignity Collect website select:   CLIENT LOGIN
Step 3: Select” Enter Client Portal Here".
Step 4: It is very important to select the “BLUE” login. This will take you to your login page.
Step 5:  You are now at the portal login page.  Enter the Pin# provided, Username and Password

Step 6: You are now in the Client Portal!

To search for an existing account, you can enter either the last name or the first name. If you select the search button, all of your assigned accounts will pull up.  Just select and click

To enter a new account, select: ENTER NEW CLAIM. To Upload an excel spreadsheet, click UPLOAD ACCOUNTS IN BULK.

Enter all information. You may upload supporting documents through the UPLOAD feature.

Please be sure to give us the DATE OF SERVICE or LAST DATE OF SERVICE.

When complete, select INSERT CLAIM.

Need to report a patient payment?

Just email the payment information to service@dignitybilling.com or call 855-755-3349.

If you need to speak to someone right away, call 855-755-3349 or email syoung@dignitybilling.com.

You will have a call back within 5 minutes.
